Refund policy

ALL Products are made for the eyes, therefore items can not be returned or exchanged. We have a 72 hour damage policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a damage claim if your items were delivered damaged.

Damages and issues/Exceptions

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any liquid based product is busted upon delivery we will send out another product free of charge.

Refunds

If for ANY reason The Wink Cartel can not fulfill an order a refund will be issued.
We will notify you if there are any problems with your order to let you know a refund is being issued. Customer will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
